Our Policy :
If no whales are seen , customers are offered a full refund! Ask around, there are no others that will offer such a guarantee!
The Zodiac is NOT recommended for people with back or neck problems.
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy in order to receive full refund.
A 48-hour cancellation policy is required for groups of 6 or more.
You need to arrive 30 MINUTES before departure time.
Our tours are weather dependent and have to follow Transport Canada's strict wind regulations. We will contact you by email and text as soon as we know if your trip is canceled. Please note that there may be instances where trips have to be canceled at time of departure without notice, while this is frustrating, sometimes we have no choice.
Infants 2 and under are FREE and are to be in a forward carrier attached to mom or dad (we provide if you have none)
Please Realize that there is NO CELL PHONE COVERAGE 45 minutes north of Cheticamp, and limit reception 30 minutes south of Cheticamp.
